PSD Hosts Groundbreaking Ceremony for Team Pasco Home #23
On Wednesday, October 11, we hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Team Pasco House #23. This event marks the exciting start of a journey as we embark on the construction of a brand-new home, reinforcing our unwavering commitment to hands-on learning experiences for our incredible students.
Team Pasco Homes is a true testament to the power of community collaboration. This venture, born from the Pasco Vocational Building Program, unites students from Chiawana, New Horizons, and Pasco High Schools. Guided by the expert hand of teacher John Marshall, our construction trades students work their magic, crafting a beautiful home from the ground up.
This 1805 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, complete with an office, is more than just a house—it's a symbol of hard work, dedication, and a brighter future. And here's the exciting part: when it's ready in May 2024, the funds from its sale will support the next project and student scholarships.
